Meet Pastry Chef Lilly Jensen. She got her start learning from master chocolatier and world pastry competitor Ewald Notter. Lilly was introduced to the French macaron while studying at his school in Orlando, Florida and it was love at first sight! After completing her studies and earning her pastry certification, she moved on to Greenwhich Village in New York City to work under world famous pastry chef Francois Payard. At his eponymous patisserie, Lilly was able to perfect the french macaron and all its glory!
Now she's back where she grew up sharing her small sweet and delicate creations with Central Florida.
